Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans can look very good one week (win over the Philadelphia Eagles) and terrible the next (loss to the Buffalo Bills). If the Titans are going to win the AFC South, they need to find more consistency, beginning with their game against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday in London at 6:30 a.m. PT/9:30 a.m. ET on KOIN-6, CBS or try FuboTV (free trial).

The Titans are set to play their first-ever overseas game when they face the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Tennessee is coming off a 21-0 shutout loss to the Baltimore Ravens, and will seek redemption.

It’s probably safe to say that first-year Titans coach Mike Vrabel will be focusing a lot of his team’s practices this week on the offensive line after his club was utterly dominated Sunday in a 21-0 home loss to Baltimore. Mariota was sacked a whopping 11 times, one shy of the NFL record. The Titans had not been shut out at home since Dec. 11, 1976, when they were the Houston Oilers.

Tennessee managed all of 106 total yards, including 51 passing. This is simply not a good offence, and the Titans have topped 20 points once. Only Arizona and Buffalo score fewer points per game, and they both have rookie quarterbacks starting. Yet for all their problems, the Titans are in a three-way tie for first in the AFC South.

Los Angeles Chargers : Many NFL prognosticators believed the Chargers had Super Bowl talent entering the season. That didn’t look to be the case after a 1-2 start, but the Bolts have turned things around and won three straight. The defence had been a weak point – star defensive end Joey Bosa has yet to play this season due to injury — but has surrendered only 24 combined points the past two weeks.

Tyrell Williams caught three Rivers passes for 118 yards and both those TDs. This is a very good team and has a soft schedule upcoming, so it could really go on a nice run and catch Kansas City in the AFC West.

Tennessee Titans: The Tennessee Titans are in town for the first time, while the Chargers haven’t been here since 2008, when they were still based out of San Diego.

Despite not boasting a winning record, the 3-3 Titans arrive in the UK at the top of the AFC South, while the Chargers are a game off the pace, trailing the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West.
